CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

The purchased product may be returned within the legal period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery date under the “Right of Withdrawal Without Giving Any Reason”, provided that the product is unused, physically undamaged, and its original packaging remains intact.

Products to be sent for a return or exchange request must be packaged securely in a way that prevents damage until they reach the SELLER. The products must be delivered to us via Yurtiçi Kargo, with the shipping costs borne by the BUYER, acting as the sender.

The products to be returned must be packaged exactly as they were delivered to you, complete with their original box and all accompanying accessories. Any free gifts, additional accessories, or promotional items provided within the scope of the order must also be returned together with the main product.

In order for cargo shipments to be matched correctly with our order records and to avoid any confusion, return shipments must be made using the information of the order holder. The BUYER is responsible for the products throughout the return or exchange process until they are delivered to us.

Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of use, have lost their originality, or have had their labels removed. Products with strong perfume/deodorant odor or physical stains are considered unsuitable for resale and are therefore excluded from the return process.

Furthermore, returns or exchanges cannot be processed for orders that have been prepared in accordance with the BUYER’s personal preferences or customized specifically for the BUYER due to the nature of such products.

Removal, damage, alteration, or tampering with the hanging cards or brand labels on the product causes the product to be classified as “used”. In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal expires for products whose originality has been compromised in this way; therefore, return or exchange requests for such products cannot be processed.

Packages received by us are finalized within seven (7) business days at the latest after the necessary quality control procedures are completed.
